Production Specialist
Managed production, scheduling, routing, FINRA filing, estimating, billing, art buying, and delivery logistics of printed and digital participant-facing retirement plan materials. Experienced with overseeing translation services, production design, printing, and photography licensing across formats including prospectuses, brochures, postcards, quarterly newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, OOH pieces and digital deliverables against aggressive timelines, dependent go-live dates, and aggressive volumes.
Hand-selected to serve on cross-functional taskforce to create and test Agile Enterprise Publishing Process aimed at creating and delivering content across multiple delivery channels.
Tested various content use cases and managed formal documentation of 60+ pages of findings and recommendations that were presented to senior management to approve and implement.

Identified workflow bottlenecks associated with quarterly updates, developed and presented recommended proofing schedule that met quality assurance criteria while saving time and resources over 65%.
Identified need and oversaw full-scale content audit and scheduling for new branding redesign, enabling the department to prioritize and anticipate workload throughout the year.

Project Manager
Managed production, purchasing, logistics and fulfillment of unique print projects. Lead print/OOH researcher for new business pitches. Managed broadcast production and spot traffic, attended press checks, and created industry award research and submissions. Extensive interaction with clients, client and agency-hired vendors such as printers, mailing houses, fulfillment and event marketers, in addition to internal teams, networks, publications, and any entities integral to project success.

Created production schedules and budgets, composed and managed purchase orders and invoices, generated and executed competitive outside vendor bids for color separations, retouching, printing; identified cost savings and predicted creative production challenges; anticipated and managed internal/external creative and logistical concerns; coordinated fulfillment; initiated creative research; routed and negotiated match proofs and prototype approval, managed corrections, attended press checks, and interfaced with art directors, clients, product managers, account managers as well as customer service and sales representatives from third party vendors.
Successfully managed budgets ranging from $20k-$700K+ and outputs of 1M+ deliverables.

Managed print jobs by writing and issuing purchase orders, processing invoices, creating schedules, generating estimates, reconciling needs and expectations of outside vendors with agency teams.
Consulted extensively with outside vendor and internal departments to help create 3rd variation of internal online photography library (asset management), which included outlining interdepartmental workflows, reconciling interdepartmental schedules and asset needs, conceived practical interface to search photography archives, and creating instructional documents for outside vendors to upload interim and final photography, as well as instructions for internal use of system.

Print Production Coordinator, 2004-2005
Spearheaded second generation of Agency’s digital Asset Management System at the behest of art directors and art buyers with outside vendors. Assisted Senior Print Buyers to produce brochures, national magazine and newspaper ads, sales training materials for dealers.
Supervised and trained 5 separate department assistants regarding business standards, expectations and internal processes.
